Northern Brewer Kit: OG 1.062

mash in at 165 (brewers friend recommended strike water at 200,, other sites recommended 165+-.. Mashed in at 165. Temp came couple degrees high, cooled down with cold water. mash at 151-2 before covering with lid and towels.

Pre boil gravity: 1.050 ( adjusted from a hot sample post sparge)
Post boil/ Original Gravity: 1.062

Chilled from boil to pitching at 68 in 13 minutes with immersion chiller and constant whirlpool with spoon.
