Brygget 01.03.20. OG 1,050. Start pitch 16 grader, gradvis økning til 21,5 grader i løpet av 3 dager. Dag 4 og ut stabilt 22 grader frem til kaldkrasj.

Kaldkrasj to dager til 0,6 grader. Etter overføring til fat og karbonering i et døgn på 4 bar er ølet fortsatt noe flatt, men smaken er allerede fantastisk.
