Notes

This one will require some special handling during fermentation. Keep it at 49 - 54 for at least 12 days, then move off the yeast/trub cake and hold undisturbed at 32 - 35 for 4 to 7 weeks.

I have taken some short cuts with the Mash, traditional methods require more time and patience than I have currently. If your interested follow what ever mash program you like.
