Target Water Profile
Light colored and malty
Notes
This is based on the Can You Brew It recipe for Hobgoblin. The hop profile the brewer gave for for the recipe did not seem to match Hobgoblin at all, but did line up with what Wychwood claims is in King Goblin (although the website says Sovereign is in there too). I suspect Simpsons Dark English is what you want to for the Crystal 80L. This then is the grain bill for Hobgoblin tweaked to match the gravity of King Goblin and color of King Goblin. Of course, only to be brewed on a full moon!
Brewed on 12/5/2018 (85th Anniversary of the 21st amendment!), will update in early 2019.
