Target Water Profile
Tap water - Indian Island, ME
Notes
Ignore the hop schedule... Here's what I did
Full 10 gallons had FWH Warrior
First 5 gallons:
3 oz 007 Golden (flameout)
3 oz El Dorado (flameout)
And then identical dry hop amounts
2nd 5 gallons:
3 oz Mosaic (flameout)
3 oz Citra (flameout)
And then identical dry hop amounts
My normal chiller rig and hoses were frozen so I no-chilled this batch (used a 2nd pot to isolate the hops). Like I used to do in the old days... Hence the name of the batch.
