Mash temp -154 F wanting some body to this beer...

Also, adjust your specific water profile to get a proper mash PH. I use a separate water calculator altogether...to get to a 5.4 PH mash range. So PH in this recipe is not accurate ....as shown in the Mash PH field (5.85) is too high adjust your water to lower to 5.4 range.
My Citra Hops - AA = 13% - I played with amounts/boil times to get IBUs no higher than 50 IBUs. The real ZD pushes the very end limits of this beer style (APA) on IBUs and ABV. I am trying to mimic this beer whilst remaining in the BJCP guidelines...of an APA beer style.
