Notes

brewed 11/8/18

nugget hops should have been at 60. oops
mash probably should have been a bit lower, idk yet

4 fun sized crunch bars and a fun size baby ruth.

OG 1.086

oak stave was soaked in Jim beam for 2 days and the liquor discarded. then soaked in 7oz of makers mark for about a week.

keep in secondary until the oak comes through

adding 7oz of 90 proof liquor increases the abv of a 5.5 gallon batch by 0.44%, or 0.48% for a 5 gallon batch
