Notes

Steep Oats at 150-160 for 30 min

Primary for 2 weeks
Day 1 fermenter started bubbling and temp was around 74F
Day 2 fermenter was going crazy this yeast is a beast, temp still around 74F
Day 4 fermenter has calmed down some and the temp has dropped to 68F
Day 10 fermenter temp stable at 66F, trub is super thick about 3inches.

Dry hop after 16 days fermenting with 2 oz of each (Galaxy, Amarillo)
at day 19 brought fermenter up from basement and temp jumped to 68F for the remaining 2 days

Bottle 5 days after Dry Hop and 3 weeks fermentation
OG = 1.065
FG = 1.016
Abv = 6.4%

Prime with 5.1 oz Dextrose
this may have been to much bc I didn't recover all 5 gallons from fermenter I only recovered about 4.2L. Should have used more like 4 oz dextrose.
Carb Update: way over carbed next time reduce dextrose to around 4 oz or less.

Color is a little darker than expected most likely due to the LME (wasn't old but was very dark for LME-pilsen)
