the roasted barley and chocolate are Munton's
OG: 1.058
Fermentation (in my new Anvil SS fermenter) started around 64F then at day 2 went up to around 68F for a couple of days then dropped back down to 64F around day 4. At day 15 Ferm temp was 62F. Brought fermenter up from basement to 1st floor at 1 month, temp rose to 68F in about a day or 2. Kept at this temp until bottling day which was 5 days later from moving upstairs.
FG: 1.024
ABV: 4.8%
Primed with 3.2oz Dextrose (for around 2.0-2.2 vol. CO2) stored at 66F
My favorite beer brewed to date.
