Notes

I wanted to make a great New Zealand brew, so my brain did this....
Hope it lives up to my expectations.
Whatever the outcome I will have enjoyed the learnings & the beer.
Fermenting under pressure @ 30psi in a Fermentasaurus so 20°C.
If not under pressure would only go to 18°C.
Dry hop 3 days x 2.
Cold crash 1°C for 5 days.
