Original recipe: 77.5% 2 row, 5% honey malt, 5% wheat, 5% carapils, 5% aromatic munich, and 2.5% C10.
Brian specified they use BSI A99 which is equivalent to Wyeast 1099 or the Whitbread 99 strain. With no LHBS, I substituted US-05 as I think it's a better substitute than US-04, which is the Whitbread 98 strain.
