Notes
Note, hops and other ingredients added at minutes into 60 minute boil.
In other words, the first hop addition, Amarillo, is added at 5 minutes in, it will be in the boil for 55 minutes.
Nutmeg and Cinnamon are added at 55 minutes in, they will be in the boil for 5 minutes. I put both the cinnamon stick, ( one 2 inch stick ) and the Nutmeg, ( twin nuts ) into a muslin bag. Then struck it softly with a hammer to slightly break up the nuts and cinnamon before dropping the bag into the boil.
