Notes
Mash out with ~ 6 qt boiling water for 15 min.
Recirculate for about 15 min... then sparge with 175 degree water.
I usually collect what my kettle says is 9 gallons. It will boil down to about 6, then I end up losing about a half gallon to deadspace and plate chiller.
pitch starter, set in the back room.... it’s been around 68 going as low as 60?
