Make a 1.6L starter using 160g of DME.
Spread pumpkin on baking sheet & bake at 350 for 30 mins or until lightly browned, add to 2 cups hot water and mix into slurry - add slurry into mash.
Add another half quantity of the boil spices at bottling:
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger, cloves, nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
