Notes

Steep grains at 150 F for 30 minutes pull grain bag and add 3 lbs Amber DME, fire burner, bring to boil through the hot break and add 1.5 oz Willamette pellet hops, boil for 40 minutes. add 3 lbs Amber DME and 1 lb Munich DME, bring back to boil through the hot break and add 1.50 oz Willamette pellet hops, finish 60 minute boil. chill wort, top off to 5.5 gallons with cold water.
