Primary for 7 days at 73F
Secondary for 7 days on 2.5lbs raspberries and 3lb rhubarb (~1lb rhu/1gal normally)
or, secondary on 2.5 rasp and 2lb rhubarb, test at 7 days secondary, option to add more rhubarb to tertiary at full 5 gal
or, secondary 7 days on 2.5lbs raspberries and 2lb ruhbarb, bottle half and tertiary 2gal in small fermentor with remainder rhubarb
have about 3lb rhubarb to start
