Notes

Add 16oz of dark rum to \bottom of corny Keg. Rack wort directly into Keg. Seal and Shake. Let cool in refrigerator over night. Attach CO2 to in valve, set keg on its side. Set CO2 pressure to 25 psi. Rock keg back and forth with foot for about 5 minutes.

Release all force careening pressure form key (25psi). Attach CO2 line in kegerator and set to 10 psi. Optimal carbonation will be about 2 days later. But pour yourself a pint before that, cuz its perfect to drink right now.

Cheers.
