Notes
Second fermentation at 23˚ 14 days.
Cold crash 3-5 days at 0c.
12 August 2019. Stored the bottles for 9 months and the development is great. Ingredients come together. Dec. 2019, great development. Hop bitterness gradually integrates with the tasty maltiness. Starting to be mature. Looking forward to next year's tasting.
