Target Water Profile
Light colored and hoppy
Notes
Assumed water has no minerality as had no water report so salt additions are based on that.
1st brew on new kit, so assumed 70% efficiency (ending kettle) due to no sparge . 4l deadspace & hop abs not included in EKE.
Target 23l in kettle at end of boil for 17l into FV (assuming BF includes hop absorption & misc losses)
No sparge - used "can I mash it" online to calculate max mash volume (32L).
Fermenting in a corny w/ blow off.
Target 4 days at 18C then cap and ramp up to 22C over the next 4.
