Notes

A great beer, pretty close to the original but needs more hop flavour.. Next time I would increase the late hops and double the dry hop editions.

04/12/19 planning on brewing a second time. Yeast multiplying in the 2 L starter and ingredients ready for Sunday’s brew. Will increase the late and dry hops to boost the herbal hop flavour and aromas. Brewed 04/14/19. OG 1.054. Kept recipe the same, but will increase dry hops.
04/23/19 racked to secondary and increased dry hop editions by 50%. Checked FG - 1.0045..

06/14/20 brewed again. Missed og came out at 1.050. Fermented in basement without temp control. Started at 66 degrees and with very active fermentation went up to 71 degrees. Let’s see how the esters are..
