Notes

Souring:
Goodbelly Shots: Use 6 (3 Lemon Ginger & 3 Oat) + 6 pills to get to 16 oz of liquid & 200B cells of Lacto.

Flavoring:
Ginger Tincture: Take 1-2" of Ginger, peel, cut into slices & soak in 1 oz Vodka.
Vanilla Tincture: Take 1 Vanilla Bean, cut length wise, scrape seeds & cut the outside into little pieces, and put everything in a mason jar with 1 oz Vodka

After 7 day Primary, rack beer onto Cranberries, Orange Zest & Ginger Tincture.

Parfait Variation:
After 7 day Secondary, rack 1.5g onto 4 oz Lactose & Vanilla Tincture & age for 3-5 days.
