Jednokroková infuze dost slabá, asi celkově zvednout časy, nebo rozdělit cukrovarné teploty.

22L 1.065 bez vyslazování, vyslazeno 4 konvice 70 stupňové vody na 30L 1.062 a pokusím se zredukovat varem před a při chmelovaru na 20L, teoreticky by to mělo dosáhnout 1.099 v mladině.

Cezení extrémně pomalé, příčiny příliš dlouhý chmelovar, brusinky a jasmín měli jít do hop spideru. Možná moc melasovitého cukru?
