1 pound of brown sugar and light sugar added at 60 min to boil (results in ~1% ABV+)
Spice package at 5 min: 3-4 cinnamon sticks, .5 tsp cloves, .5 tsp nutmeg, .5 tsp allspice, .75 tsp ginger
Vanilla mixture added to fermenter post-ferm, either 2 beans soaked in vodka or 1 tsp or so extract with vodka.
