For 6 gallons of distilled water:

3g CaSO4 (Gypsum)
1g CaCl2 (Calcium Chloride)
2.3g MgSO4 (Epson Salt) |
Notes
On this 2nd iteration I have swapped using LME with DME due to the fact that I have recieved LME that was "past due". This contributed more carmel/malt flavor and an increased SRM; all of which were not intended.
Iteration 3 will most likely see a decrease in steeping grains and a supplement of simple syrup (sugar).
Iteration 4 will most likely see me lowering the ABV by decreasing the amount of table sugar added.
