Notes

On this 2nd iteration I have swapped using LME with DME due to the fact that I have recieved LME that was "past due". This contributed more carmel/malt flavor and an increased SRM; all of which were not intended.

Iteration 3 will most likely see a decrease in steeping grains and a supplement of simple syrup (sugar).

Iteration 4 will most likely see me lowering the ABV by decreasing the amount of table sugar added.
