Tokyo tap water. Only have calcium chloride and gypsum to work with. The amounts used are obviously dependent on my water volumes (18L) etc. Only added salts to mash water.

- 28g/28g/28g of Cascade/CTZ/Galaxy, add in bag 8 days before bottling, remove after 4 days
