250g of frozen mango chunks puréed and added into fermentor
Bottled 9/2- 1.011 as expected in recipe
Primed w 103g corn sugar aiming. Might be high due to only having about 4.5 gallons to bottle.
Came out lovely, could have used more corn sugar. First time using water directly from my Hose and prefer this to using poland spring bottles as i had been (cost perspective as well as taste)
Notes for future batch: use secondary after 1 week. Too much chunks
