Notes

Mash grains at 146 degrees for 45 minutes, allowing for full conversion. Add 1lb of corn sugar with 10 minutes left in the boil. Dry hop first round of hops during primary fermentation. Add second charge of dry hops post fermentation. Beer will be hazy.
