Notes
Temp probe is quite low. Next time do 75C for 160ish strike temp, maybe higher. Mashed for 1:15 ish, but I fear I may have done a protein rest for nearly half of it. Last half was 145+
Boil was easy, hops at 5min. Chilling was under a half hour, but got distracted by family. OG not measured, but Boil gravity was about as listed above, and boil off was about a gallon. Will manually recirculate and control temp better. Will also consider a hotter, more controlled sparge.
Pitched 1 pack of Hornindal, wihout starter, at about 80F into fermentasurus.
