OBS: Rosiner skal ikke tilsettes på bryggedagen! (Faktisk OG skal da bli 1.068 )
På bryggedagen legges rosiner og kanelstang i et lite glass med ca 2 dl sprit av eget valg. Legg lokk på glasset, og når 7 dager av gjæringen har gått kan du tømme hele innholdet rett nedi gjæringskaret. Her er det en veldig engelsk ale, så vi i Kjeller 5 anbefaler å bruke enten whisky eller gin - ta det du liker best!
