This is basically the mosaic ipa kit from northern brewer. The numbers come out looking kind of crazy. Brewers friend says it’s closest to an imperial ipa. If I looked at the receipe numbers (IBU, ABV, BU/GU) I might not have made this beer. But I did and I am glad. It’s a fantastic beer that everybody really enjoys. It’s a big beer but is really easy drinking. The hop aroma is insane. Bubblegum, berries, pine, and mango.
