- 5 drops of fermcap right before boil
- add 1 tsp irish moss with 10min hop addition
- pitch yeast at 60 degrees with yeast nutrient
- rise to 64 degrees
- day 3, rise to 70 degrees
- add dry hops, sit for 5 days room temp
- add gelatin and cold crash
