Notes
At kegging time, add 2 oz of the highest quality cocoa powder and 1 vanilla bean* to keg prior to siphoning beer into keg from the fermenter.
- Prepare the vanilla bean by slitting it down the middle lengthwise. I buy my vanilla beans at a local food coop in the bulk spices section.
