Notes
Steep all grains for 30 min at 154 in 1 gallon of water. Strike temp of 170 works well with amount of grain.
Move to large pot and add water to Boil with 3 gallons. Add DME just before boil. Add bettering hops at boil.
Whirlfloc at 10 min before flameout. Add flavoring hops at same time.
Use immersion chiller to bring down to 74 deg within 15 minutes.
Dry pitch yeast right into wort.
Ferment 2 weeks. Move to secondary at 7-10 day mark.
Cold crash...use gelatin to fine if desired.
