Notes

6 grams sugar/liter for second fermentation. Adjusting water to a balanced profile. Ph: 5.3. The beer develops. After a couple of months it is smoth and the initial bitterness of the hops are perfectly integrated with the maltiness. The slight chocolate from the Midnight Weat adds a rather smoth flavor, whilst it still tastes as a malty lager beer. A positive surprise.
