Notes

Based on the Darkstar hophead which is cascade heavy but I think will really compliment the elderflower and give a great summery pale elderflower brew.

I actually switched to a fine milled Malt this time and as a result, my brewhouse efficiency went up to 75% hence I over-shot my OG by around 6 points, no biggy!

After 24hrs in the fermenter, it's absolutely rocketing, almost a continuous gurgle from the airlock.
