Salt adjustments to mash:
- 8g Gypsum
- 0.5g MgSO4
- 0.5g NaCl
- 5g CaCl
- 2.5ml Lactic Acid
Add 1.25ml Lactic acid to Sparge water as well.
5 gallons will get the sach and bottle dregs from Saison DuPont!
1 gallon will get the sach and bottle dregs from Wicked Weed.
