Notes
DO NOT add sugar! - this was only used to calculate the SG of the watermelon juice
- start with running fresh cut watermelon through a juicer until 3 gal. is reached/ take specific gravity reading on juice.
(add sugar to the "recipe calculator" until the SG matches that of your juice then determine how much malt you will need to reach starting gravity 1.067)
... pour into your boil kettle and bring to steeping temp. / step grain/ add malt and bring to boil/ add hops in turn / cool/ and pitch yeast...
