Rabarbra saftes i saftkoker eller presses til saft.
Kokes i 15minutter sammen med DME og Dextrose.
Tilsett klarning når 10min gjenstår.
Jorbær kjøres til pure og fryses. Tilsettes i gjæringskar på dag 4.
