Notes

Add extract to 3 gal cold water (easier to dissolve). Start with 30 minute mash at 155F of the flaked oats and wheat in grain muslin bag, followed by 10 minutes of heating at 170F before removing the grains.

Simple Boil with only one hop addition at 60 minutes.

Whirlpool for 40 minutes following heat off, with 3 hop additions during.

Dry hop twice, once after 6 days and again after another 4 days (10 days after brew day)
