Ours just came out of the dry hop phase, it's done fermenting after 9 days in the fridge, 4 days dry hop. We used a bit less centennial and a bit more amarillo as that's all we had but it is tasting very close and incredibly crisp and delicious so far, thank you! Will update when bottle conditioned.
