Notes
This is a modification of Swingin' Blonde Ale recipe from homebrewsupply.com.... I added the amarillo hops (a gift from Jamie's parents) and .3lbs of Victory malt (I was trying to use ingredients that were aging).
The recipe calls for 3lbs of DME at flameout, but I'm going to add all 6lbs at flameout.
The recipe predicts OG: 1.048 FG: 1.010 and 19.8 IBU.
Also, I accidentally put in 1 oz of the Galena hops instead of 0.75 per the recipe.
