Perform decoction w/ 1 gal of first runnings - boil down to 3/4-1/2 gal and add into boil kettle

O.G. = 1.049 original recipe said 1.070 - didn't boil down enough
Needed to use a blow-off set-up - foamy mess flowing out of fermentor within hours. This yeast is voracious!
8/3/18: Took a gravity reading --> F.G.=1.006
