added yeast supplement & yeast (smackpack - didn't expand properly) to fermenter together.

No bubbles after 24 hrs, so sprinkled pack of S-05 into fermenter
few bubbles, not much action for 72 hours. gravity 1.04.
prepared yeast started, added to fermenter 24 hrs later. no action.
