Notes
Adapted from Brett Radke's recipe on Brewtoad.
"I got this recipe from the head brewer of Oakshire in Eugene OR. Well I got his recipe for a 403 Gal batch and I did the math. I hope it turns out. My gravity is higher than theirs but my IBU's are low. I'm going to do an all grain of it as soon as I get all my equipment."

Some of the info Brett got doesn't line up with what I got from Oakshire. Watershed is supposed to be 6.7%, 70 IBU, and 15.1 OG. It's also supposed to have Carared malts (which I added for steeping) and use California Ale Yeast. Also adjusted the hop additions to hit 70 IBU using Tinseth scale.
