Notes

Steep raisins in 16oz spiced rum for 1 week before brew day. Steep raisins in boil in bag then remove.

Original recipe is a step malt with 140/153 for 30 min each. I will simplify and mash high to get all the flavor with some less fermentable sugars to hopefully lower the ABV a little.
