Notes
Primary ferment with Omega British ale VIII for 1 week. Pitch Omega All the Bretts at 1 week and continue to age 2 weeks. Move to secondary on second use blueberries containing mixed culture of saison, lacto, pedio and brett, age 6-12 months.
