Prancing pony black ale style - all grain using Robobrew first time. Strike temp 71°C, mashed for 60mins. Checked with 2 x thermometers, grain removed, boiled for 60 mins - took 30mins to get to 100°C before boiling started. Hops as per schedule above. SG1052, yeast pitched at 23°C. SG1030 day 14, stalled yeast - bumped temp up to 23°C for 5 days, no activity. Pitched 1x Nottingham ale yeast day 19- no activity after 24 hours still!
