Way too bitter! I shouldn't have boiled all of the hops. The lack of sweetness and the over bitterness made it undrinkable. Sad I lost over a pound of hops on this expensive drain pour. The color was amazing, like glowing yellow in the glass. If only it tasted as good as it looked... BUT it was a great learning experience and I think if I take what I've learned from this batch and from my Zero IBU DDH DIPA, the next batch will be amazing! But first, time for the Wet Hop Hazy IPA recipe.
