Target Water Profile
2017 Burlington Vermont Water (via CWD 2017)
Notes
Green Mountain Mashers club brew (first meeting for me) - 26 gallon batch with this profile. I took a 3 gal carboy home, pitched Hornindal kveik the next day (underpitched intentionally) at 81F. Dry hopping and adding amylase to DRY it out after 48-60 hours of primary.
