Notes

Cooled it more quickly than intended. Pulled it off the wort chiller after 15 minutes, but it had already dropped to 150deg. I added the second 2 oz hop addition and let it sit for an hour. Estimating a 5% utilization for the first 2 oz and a 2% for the second 2 oz. Close enough? Trying to unbitter the pale ale. We'll see how it goes. I feel like I kinda let this one get away from me. It's Sunday. I just came back from... where was I? Somewhere.
Measured FG of 1.008! Did I really get 85% attenuation?
